SURFING

Surfing is a surface water sport in which a person (the surfer) rides a board (the surfboard)on the crest of a wave as it carries the surfer towards the shore.

EQUIPMENT

Surfing can be done on various equipment, including: Surfboards, Longboards, Stand UpPaddle boards (SUP´s), Bodyboards, Boogieboards, Wave Skis, Skimboards, Kneeboards, surf mats and macca´s trays.

ICE CLIMBING - CRISTINA & LAURA.1ºE


Ice climbing,as the term indicates,is the activity of asceding inclined

ice formations.Usually, ice climbing refers to roped and protected climbing

of features such as icefalls, frozen waterfalls, and cliffs and rock slabs covered
with ice refrozen from flows of water. For the purposes of climbing, ice can
be broadly divided into two spheres,alpine ice and water ice.

EXTREME SPORTS-BUNGEE JUMPING


It is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord.Usually the structure is a fixed object:a building,bridge or a crane.But also you can jump from a helicopter or a hot-air-balloon.

THE HIGHEST JUMP:

The world's highest jump was in August by AJ Hackett.He jumped 233 m or 764 ft.

BMX


It refers to the sport in which the main goal is extreme racing on bicycles on motocross cycle on tracks with inline start and expressive obstacles .


It consits of five disciplines "street" , "park" , "vert" , "trails" or "dirt jumping " and "flat land" .

You can wear knees and a helmet to protect yourself .  BMX is popular as a form of leisure or sport. It is for children and teenagers who will often attend BMX and skate parks and sometimes compete in organised competitions .

STREET LUGE

Street luge is an extrme garvity-powered activity that involves riding a street luge board(sometimes referred to as a sled) down a paved of course.Street lugeis also known as land luge or road luge.like skateboarding street luge is often done for sport and for recreation.it can rise some very high speeds (40-97mph/64-157km/h)

BASE JUMPING



Base jumping,also sometimes written as B.A.S.E Jumping, is an activity that employs an initially packed parachute to jump from fixed objects. B.A.S.E is an anacronym that stands for four categories of fixed objects from which one can jump:buildings,antennae,spans(bridges) and earth(cliffs).
