Healthy Food

It's no secret that eating fruit and veg and exercising is the key to a healthy body. But it seems like lots of Aussie kids just aren't getting the message. A new study has come out that shows obesity could end the lives of teens much sooner.

This is happening in Australia. Is it the same here in Spain?

    -I have to eat more fruit and vegetables
    -I have to do more exercise
    -I have to eat less sugar but my diet is healthy enough!

    Kids healthy food and activity guide.
    The doctor said to me that:
    -I am not obese
    -I eat little junk food
    -I eat enough fruit
    -I need to eat more vegetables
    -I don´t eat many sweets
    -I drink lots fruit juices
    -I do a lot of sport

    -I don´t have overweight or obese.
    -I´m eating an appropiate amount of fast food.
    -I´m eating a healthy amount of fruit and vegetables.
    -I eat very few sweets and chocolates.
    -I eat sport drinks only once a week.
    -I do a lot of sport evry day and I don´t play so much video games.
    GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    BMI is short for Body Mass Index. BMI is a score that tells you whether your weight is in a healthy range.
    -I don´t have overweight or obese.
    -I´m eating an appropiate amount of fast food.
    -You need to eat more fruit every day!
    -You need to eat more vegetables every day!
    -Congratulations! It sounds like your sugar intake is minimal.
    -You are drinking a healthy amount of these drinks.
    -Congratulations! You are keeping healthy by doing regular vigorous physical activity.
    -Congratulations! Keep being healthy by doing moderate physical activity on all or most days of the week.
    -For better health you should decrease the amount of time you are inactive.
