This book is about the civil war in spain. Carmiña the mother is married to Miguel,Harmonia and Rosa's fathers. During the civil war,Harmonia and rosa went to aboarding school in Rusia.The mothe Carmiña was anurse during the civil war .In Rusia Harmonia and Rosa was sending carts to their family . One day Miguel,Carmiña's husbanddied during the civil war,and Carmiña went to the frontier of Spain.
The author is Marina Mayoral and I recomend itbecause it is my favourite book and is so interesting.
